We’ll dive into the key features of this new innovative service, which offers a simple, scalable, and event-driven malware detection solution in the cloud.
The focus will be on a real-life scenario where a customer required an automated solution to scan incoming files to S3 (via SFTP) and manage file movements based on GuardDuty malware scan results. We’ll explore the architecture, solution file flow, and the various AWS services involved, such as DynamoDB, EventBridge, SQS, and Lambda. I’ll also share some tips and tricks to avoid common pitfalls when setting up the service and discuss the problems it solves.
